FAQCan I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, we can cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has already shipped, simply refuse the order when it arrives and it will be returned to us. Your payment will be refunded less the shipping charges.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
In most cases, we can change your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Once your initial order has shipped, any additional products will be considered a new order.

Can I have my order sent COD?
We do not ship COD (cash on delivery), however we do accept prepaid orders. Orders prepaid by check or money order will be delayed 3-4 days for check clearance purposes.

Can I use Paypal to pay for my order?
Yes, we accept Paypal as a method of payment.

Can you accept a purchase order from a government agency such as a school or library?
Yes, we can accept government PO's. You can fax your PO to 972-353-8378. Please call in advance and advise us what to expect.

Do I have to order over the Internet?
No. If you don't feel comfortable giving your credit card information over the web, please contact us direct at 214-354-8221, or email us and someone will contact you.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
If your shipping address is located outside of the state of Texas, you are exempt from sales tax.

Do you have any special pricing for resellers?
Sorry, we do not offer any special reseller pricing at this time.

How do I open an account for billing (Net 30)?
In order to qualify for Net 30 terms, we require a completed and approved credit application and a valid credit card number as backup payment.
